I'm bummed to be making this review because I had a pleasant first experience with Chris so I had him come out again this spring to spray for ants. After waiting almost 20 days to give everything time to work I reached out to let him know that my ant problem had gotten worse and was ignored repeatedly and when he finally reached out he told me he'd come out to look and no called no showed three different times and I had to be the one to reach out and got a different excuse each time. I called and spoke with Chris, the owner of Rx Pest Control, to remove a bee infestation outside my home in Taylor. We set an appointment for the following day. No one showed and no one contacted me to let me know what was happening. I called that evening and left a voice message, but no one has called me back. I then contacted Bugs No More at 7:30pm last night and Brian (owner) came out and completed the job to my complete satisfaction first thing this morning.
Chris set up my appointment and scheduled a time when it was time for the appointment he said that he was running behind. Which is fine. He said that he could now be there at 1pm and he NEVER showed. Didn’t even text me back when I asked for his ETA. Very unprofessional especially since I mentioned his reviews and he assured me that they are not like that anymore which is FALSE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS AT ALL
