Do not recommend this location. My daughter was seen there yesterday for her first eye exam. Our experience with the doctor was great. Although after talking with a number of moms with kids that are need of glasses, her exam should have included an eye dilation too. This was not done at this appointment. The office manager and staff there are not well versed in different eye care benefits. I had spoken to an associate prior to appointment with insurance and benefit numbers. Jessica is absolutely amazing!!! she helped my daughter Leah pick out her glasses and she made her feel so comfortable and happy and she is just amazing!
I've been going here for years and have always had a great experience. I brought my son for the first time so he could get an eye exam and his glasses, and we received phenomenal care. I SO wish I could remember the name of the woman who helped us (I'll try to check the next time I go in) because she was fantastic with my son! So genuine, kind, and upbeat. I would definitely recommend this place! :)
I had a phenomenal experience at excited optical in Rockford. Jessica went above and beyond! I can't thank her enough for all her help. I absolutely will be coming back because of her. She has outstanding customer service and truly cares about her customers! Thanks again Jessica!
