After stopping to nose piece replaced, the tech told me she had accidentally scratched my lens (rather severely) she then told me that they (rx optical) would at no cost to me, make new lenses, to which I was amazed and patient. After several calls and miss steps it turned out the they (RX optical) could not grind my high index lenses as thin as the bargain priced store I went to for them.
