Answer the phones....you claim to be re-opened by appt only, but there's no number to contact to set an appt. I've been waiting patiently since early april to get my lenses repaired, pretty sure they are out of warrantee now...but still screwed up.
I walked into a very friendly staff. Even though I made an appointment for four hours later they were running ahead of schedule and were able to fit me in within 5 minutes. I was very well taken care of and I left very happy and able to see clearly.
