I went in today in complete dispare, thinking my glasses were completely ruined. Anthony took my glasses in the back and had me all the way taken care of before I could even try on two pair of glasses while I waiting! I get nothing but spectacular service from Anthony and the whole team. I am a LOYAL customer.
I had a real good experience here. The eye doctor was nice and Amber helped my get situated with some new glasses. The whole office staff seemed very friendly and customer service oriented.
My first visit to the Breton Village location was absolutely fantastic! Anthony was so personable and reliable, and he made the appointment a really fun experience. I've honestly never felt more comfortable or heard at an eye doctor appointment! He helped me choose frames that make me feel very confident!
This has been my go to for eye exams and stylish frames for years, and the service is top notch.
Been coming to this RX optical location for years, the front office staff are friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. The doctor on the other hand is not very personable at all, gets your exam done and you outta there. No reflecting on last visit to compare to this visit or vice versa. People like to be heard, even if it’s about their day. Conversation is important.
