Friendly and knowledgeable doctors and staff. Always have a pleasant experience with every apt.
I don’t usually write reviews, but this was horrible. The experience was absolutely pleasant all the way until the very end. Due to insurance confusion and being fitted into incorrect lenses, we had to take the time to get the correct lenses I needed. Luna, the last employee to help me, must have been having a bad day because her service was horrible. Her computer wouldn’t work (not at all her fault), but she could not explain the bill to me. And every time we would break it down it was a different problem with the insurance... read more
