josh is rude and snotty. we wont be coming back again. we spend to much to be treated like that
i come in and ask to have frames tightened. and order warranty lenses. that is all. they said I could use the bathroom. well gone they adjust the nose pieces and the angle and the ear stems. now the backup pair don't sit worth the crud all waiting on the replacement pair. WHY DID NOT LISTEN AND DO WHAT I ASKED??
RecommendedShoutout to Lisa at Rx Optical on Alpine! I've been struggling for months with glasses that don't fit right, and they've been adjusted numerous times at other Rx Optical locations, but still never quite fit right. Lisa spends 5 minutes on them and now they fit like a dream!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!
