I have been waiting for them to fill my prescription for a month now. I finally called the pharmacy team today to follow up only to find out my prescription was ignored and nothing has been done about it! It's going to take them another 2-3 weeks to fill it. Very unprofessional!!
Literally the nicest pharmacy. The staff and pharmacists are so amazing. I do not think I've ever had such a pleasant experience over the phone with a pharmacy. They were so helpful and patient when I had called in on behalf of my father. 10/10.
I had an amazing experience at RX Connect Pharmacy! The staff is very knowledge able and helpful! The pharmacist sat down with me and went over my medication in detail, the administration team help deal with all of my insurance questions, and their RN Navneet was so helpful. She walked me through how to take my medication and made me feel completely at ease. She is awesome! I 100% recommend this pharmacy!
