The apartments are nice and clean. The staff takes care of any maintenance issues promptly.
I would give this Management Company negative stars if only I could. Stay away from any property that RWW or Reco manages. They are slumlords. We lived in Rodeo, on Parker Ave. We have since moved out and are still having issues with them. Karen, one of the leasing managers, should not be allowed to deal with people, at all.
