March will mark my 7th Year in this program. If it were not for the excellent program and guidance of the trainers: Jenn, Gary and John I would not have achieved my set individual goals. They are most helpful and more important very easy and fun to work with. Working out for me is fun, It's like being with family and friends. The performance center offers a welcoming atmosphere. The support offered by the staff is outstanding. They are always ready to guide your workouts and make suggestions as needed.
Everyone is very professional and nice. They work you very hard but the results are worth it. You also have fun doing your therapy.
