This place deserves no stars. Horrible customer service. Doctors and nurse hung up on me asking questions. Kept trying to fast talk over me and tell me things that had nothing to do with my call. I just moved here from ny and read online that this is a friendly place. This is far by friendly. I would never go there again. And they say people from ny are rude. lol not at all. They need better staff. The front desk lady was nice though.
Emergency room from hell, my mother was clearly dehydrated but the Doctor refused to put an IV, I got into an altercation with one of the assistant nurse, Aaron, he slammed the phone on me after I notified him my Mother had been calling for help from her room for 10 minutes and no one answered.
