Went in the evening and probably waited a total of 10 minutes before I was brought back into an exam room. Dr. C explained everything she was evaluating, why she was prescribing certain medicines, and answered all the questions I had. Very thankful for such a quick and easy visit since I felt so bad going in! They immediately sent my prescription to the CVS next door and I was able to pick it up 15 min later. Great experience!
Im a disabled vet so i knew i had no insurance going in. I paid the 125.00 upfront before being seen. Long wait after I was brought back to patient room. They had tp do tests and tge dr told me it would be an additional 25.00. So to make things easy i paid the women at the front in cash. I dont like dealing with bills later so i pay up front. Went there today with an infant who was having Flu Symptoms (high fever, breathing heavy, Vomiting). There were people in the waiting room so I expected to wait. I waited for 2 hours and they kept taking people before me who got there an hour after me because they said their case was more urgent. They should warn you before hand that most people will go before your infant child.. They had no problem taking my Money right away though,. Excellent patient centered care! Staff was warm and friendly and worked as a team. Provider was well trained, discussed and provided options, and friendly! Would recommend to anyone seeking care-much more pleasant experience than my primary care physician.
