Have been having nothing but problems since P.J. is no longer manager. Can't get any repairs done. Have been calling and asking for my kitchen light to be fixed for 2 months. My front door was put in wrong 4 months ago and has never been fixed. Had to turn my heat up high cause of the gaps in my front door. If you want your car window busted out every couple months or your car steering messed up due to people trying to steal your car, move into Millard Senior Apartments! The news ended up coming out to do a report since it’s happening so frequently. Yes, crime can happen anywhere, but if report after report is being made about the same things happening over and over, would you think to help your tenants in some sort of way?? I went out to look at an apartment at the Marvely, the manager was extremely rude & didn't even welcome me into the building, we were in the parking lot sitting outside waiting for her to come because she was at another building even though they were only open till noon that day. We had already been there three times and they don't have their hours posted either I had to find out from a tenant the second time we visited so that the third time we would come back at a time she was there and yet she still wasn't there!
