i called in at 1545 and spoke to wes in service. i asked him if he could tell me if a specific trailer was in his yard and he put me oon hold the first time for 45 minutes until i finally hung up and redialed.the second time i spoke to the operator michelle and she put me to service and wes answered after about 15 minutes and had forgotten or had been pulled in another direction. He told me he was alone and that he had to call me back. i hada really bad experiance.....

I order a truck in jan20,2005 I was told by the sales person that it would take 6 to 8 weeks as of today 13 weeks later I still dont have a truck it looks likes it will take another 2 weeks. It is costing me about 4000.00 a week to wait. I had made my business decisions on what was told to me by the I-10 sales dept. The biggest think has be the lies told to me by the personnel . I have been given no alternative by I-10 .
