Paid a 1,683.16 deposit for moble service on 12/19 for evaluating my 5 Isuzu trucks. I don't have a fleet account, so I have to pay a higher hourly rate and prepay a depot before service. Evaluation took place on 12/20. Checking each brake caliper on each truck and various other things. He was on site 2 - 2.5 hours. The deposit was for 1 hour callout fee and for 5 hours on site. Despite calls and voicemails I never received the report I paid for. On January 2nd, I emailed and asked why I haven't been sent a receipt for this ... read more
