I’ve purchased multiple trucks from RWC Group for my business over the years and have also brought our trucks to them many times for service. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will no longer be purchasing or servicing any of our trucks with them. We purchased a brand-new truck from RWC in 2022. Bad communication from the service department I had to always reach out to them for an update on my truck. Charged labor time for them to tell me truck was a crank no start after I had stated that to them after having it towed there. After them having my truck for almost a week they still couldnt figure out what was wrong, I was told they opened a ticket with freightliner to see if they would help guide them to what it could possibly be.
