We own a company with a fleet of vehicles and have used RWC in the past with great success. However, recent changes seem to have drastically diminished the level of service they once provided. Our most recent experience involved a vehicle exhibiting transmission issues that we had towed to RWC. Avoid. Called for mobile service to diagnose my ABS and brake dashboard error lights after getting brakes done. Tech arrived and plugged in tablet to diagnose. Tablet displayed no ABS or brake codes. He switched to the laptop (for an additional fee) and still couldn't find the source of the problem. Advised on purchasing a speed sensor component and had one shipped. I installed the part but error remained. I was then texted a "bill" for $908.48. I replied that I would pay whatever the service call rate was, and would return ... read more
It’s a ripoff place where I took my truck and they give you a price and the next day they change it they are just guessing what’s wrong with the vehicle and never do anything don’t recommend this place pls don’t waist your time with this company
Very helpful and polite staff. I would highly encourage you to go here as I felt they are taking a "white glove approach" to the customers needs. Thanks for being cool I will definitely be doing business with you in the near future.
