RecommendedExcellent customer service. Fast help, almost instantaneous help. I had to cone twice because I had I didn’t bring the tile with me and guessed. My fault, both times great service!!! Highly recommend this place.
RWC blocked my cul de sac for a half hour. When I honked and asked to go home the driver said “I’m going to take longer now, I don’t have to move my truck!” I shouted that I’m pregnant and hungry and he said he did not care. He only moved the truck when I called APD. The sales manager GUS at the Albuquerque office didn’t seem surprised that the driver was so callous and didn’t offer more than a “I can only say sorry so much” as an apology. Disgusting business practices.
Been coming here for years and the people are all very focused on their job, the place has a massive selection of materials and it’s very well organized!
@rwcbuildingprod Your trucks are causing road hazards for drivers in PHX valley. poor quality control stuff flying and hitting cars to cause damage. Also accusing me of trying to get my car fixed and saying i hit curb and accuse your company for the incident. �����Shady company that doesn't own up to anything. If they can't even own up to a road hazard issue with their load flying off on the highway causing accidents, how can they be trusted to do any jobs? Nothing by lies and bait and switch from these crooks �����
