I have gone to RWB taxes for over 10 years and we have always been greeted with a smile and hug. Donna is wonderful and kind and patient. I have had my ups and downs and she has always been there. She would allow me to text and email her questions and concerns and she always responded with the utmost respect and kindness. It’s gonna be a “NO” for me. Atmosphere was not very warm and welcoming. When I arrived the agent barley spoke, and when she did, we were met by her and her snacks. She let us know she was running behind. Okay, no problem… but her snacking on the job was making my appointment run late. I don’t think I would have mind her unprofessionalism if she as warm and welcoming about it.
Great staff with great service! We would definitely recommend RWB Tax Services to our family and friends.
