This place has really bad customer service. I will use someone else for my tax services. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking to do any type of tax service.
Donna was so sweet and helped me do my taxes quickly and at a great price!
I have been using RWB for years now for personal and business taxes, as well as bookkeeping for the business. The staff at this family-owned tax business is wonderful and gives amazing customer service. I would highly recommend working with them for taxes, bookkeeping, and accounting.
I would like to respond to Task Force, who ever you are. I have worked with RWB for 9 years now. Each time I have had an interaction with Donna and her team they have not rushed through to get to the next appointment. That might cost me a missed deduction or error that could bounce back later. During tax season many times there is no time for lunch, working 7 days a week to meet deadlines. I would rather have someone who takes a personal interest in me, than pushing me out the door.
