Amazing place and staff are super helpful.
Cannot comment on the Psychs themselves but the level of care of this practice’s management is appalling. I implore the business to rectify this as your patients and psychs are the ones left dealing with the incompetency. I’ve been addressed as different patients, and the icing on top is being offered an appointment to be advised i was never booked in - this is after i am already in the waiting room. I met Rebecca after the birth of my son, whilst I was navigating my first days as a new mum and whilst my son had some very complex health issues. I can't thank Rebecca enough for her support.
