RW was great to work with. He was very professional and helped us with staging our home and negotiating the terms so that we could get the best price for our home. He specializes in waterfront homes and found us the buyer we needed. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Over the past 25 years or so I have bought and sold 5 homes thru R.W.. One time, when I was living in Ferndale, he found me and my family a home in Bloomfield Hills. It was not listed as a land contract, but by the time he sold our home in Ferndale, we had a home in Bloomfield Hills on a land contract.
