I have used R&W for several years now. Lyle has made a house call twice this year and he is professional and personable. Whenever I call to make an appointment the people who take my call are also wonderful. I always get a quick and friendly answer. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I normally don’t write reviews, but I have to share my experience last Saturday. My furnace stopped working and it was -5° outside. I called R &W at 8:30 at night and got there answering service. 10 minutes later Trevor called me back, 15 minutes later, he was at my house, 20 minutes after that the furnace was fixed and he was on his way to his next service call. R&W Heating & Cooling has helped me out numerous times over the past 5 years. Recently, I had an issue with our furnace and they had a technician out that afternoon to diagnose and fix the problem. Every R&W technician or staff member that I've worked with has been courtious, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and honest.
