Very impressive company. I’ve used another long-standing HVAC for years but decided to give R&W a try. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. Their tech Trevor was first rate. I strongly recommend them.
We just bought an old home here in Janesville, and of course—right when we needed it—the AC stopped cooling. We reached out to a handful of HVAC companies, and R&W Heating and Cooling was the first to get back to us. Not only were they quick, but they were also clear about the cost: just $79 for the diagnostic, which was the lowest we found. First off the Tech was very professional and was extremely knowledgeable about my older furnace. I only went with this company because they had 5 stars and I now understand why. The price I was charged was very fair. I totally give them five stars and would recommend them to anyone know.
Had them come in when someone else quoted, they were about 2/3 the cost with a better product. Install guys were very professional and answered my questions, and actually cared. Would highly recommend.
