I normally don’t write reviews, but I have to share my experience last Saturday. My furnace stopped working and it was -5° outside. I called R &W at 8:30 at night and got there answering service. 10 minutes later Trevor called me back, 15 minutes later, he was at my house, 20 minutes after that the furnace was fixed and he was on his way to his next service call. R&W Heating & Cooling has helped me out numerous times over the past 5 years. Recently, I had an issue with our furnace and they had a technician out that afternoon to diagnose and fix the problem. Every R&W technician or staff member that I've worked with has been courtious, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I've had them do minor repairs/maintanence, moderate repairs, and they also replaced my 20 year old A/C when it failed, so I can testify to how good their work is. I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of professionalism, reliability, and expertise delivered by R&W Heating & Cooling! We experienced a furnace issue at 8:30 PM! I called their emergency number, and their technician, Lyle, called me back within 15 minutes! We just bought an old home here in Janesville, and of course—right when we needed it—the AC stopped cooling.
