I had contacted many HVAC companies about installing a new furnace and also wanted A/C unit installed. My old furnace was from 1985 and did not have A/C. It was very old. I called RW Climate Control and talked to Tim who is the owner. I explained that I needed a new furnace and wanted A/C, too. He came out to my house took some measurements and told me the size I would need and gave me a price. His price was way less than what the other companies provided me. I called RW Climate Control for assistance with my furnace. They came for a consult immediately. Accommodating my schedule without compromising their current clients time. They were very attentive and efficient. RW Climate Control was very professional and prompt. Unfortunately we didn’t call RW first. Another company (who I will not name….) told my husband that we needed a new compressor (or something like that) and it would cost us $3500. Tim came out to give us a second opinion. He was able to do a repair and it cost us less than $250. It blows my mind the dishonesty of some of these other companies, but thank goodness for people like Tim.
