Bob and Nancy came to remove items from my uncles house who has just passed away. He was very prompt in responding to me and scheduling. He showed up the next day at the time he said he would. Worked very efficiently, was up front about the cost, and took the headache out of it all for the family. I would use them again if needed!
Bob is a really nice guy and his helper Adam was wonderful. They cleaned my garage and hauled all the junk away. Would recommend this service.
Bob answered my inquiries immediately each time, even on the weekend. He was friendly and responsive. Even when we decided not to use his service, he was professional and even gave us tips for dealing with the landfill while it was raining. Other people I have spoken to that have used his service stated he is always on time and fast with his services. They have never had an issue with him not showing up. We will definitely be contacting him in the future with any cleaning or junk needs!
My initial contact with Bob was very positive. He called within minutes of my contacting Angie's list. After that though it was all downhill. I hired him to pick up some things from my garage and take them to the dump. He was going to come one day and forgot. He was going to come another day and said i was scheduled for the following day.
