You manage three rental properties for us. Since Jody took over and hired some assistants the service level has increased dramatically. All phases are handled professionally and in a timely manner. I have lived in a variety of situations in this area, and I wish I would have found RW Caldwell first and sooner. From the first day I walked into the office, I was treated like a family member. I absolutely love the staff and the service they provide, and will continue to do business with the Caldwells for as long as I am in Gulfport.
Since we started renting from R.W Caldwell, they have been incredibly reliable and prompt in responding to general household and appliance maintenance. Over the last few years we have experienced some minor issues with our rental due to normal aging and wear and tear of our sink, washing machine, and outdoor water spigot.
