It’s been 23 days since I first reached out to this business with a list of upgrades and fixes for our van—not even an acknowledgment of the email, let alone a reply. After I chased them up, I finally got a response: no quote, just their hourly rate and a vague excuse that the job was too “complex” to estimate—this, despite one of the requests being to replace a rubber stopper. If I could give 10 stars we would outstanding service and friendly and willing to freely give advice .Issues with our caravan solved and fixed so we can continue with our holiday without my wife wanting to go home due to her anxiety thankyou again .
I went here as they were recommended to do insurance repairs. It took 3 attempts for them to come out to quote as they kept forgetting. 3 months to get them out, still 3 months and no quote submitted to the insurance company. As they were the only ones in the area but found someone else who drove an hour for a quote and submitted it within a few days and will come and tow it there. The reviews are correct and after the stuff up with quotes I wondered how the repairs would go and when they might actually do it.
Chad helped me install water tanks and batteries into my mobile grooming van. I'm so happy with the outcome, i'm able to work remotely which I've always wanted and Chad helped me achieve this. Chad is super friendly and helpful! If i ever had an issue, he was always there to assist me. Highly recommend!!
I had our Zone RV warranty repairs done with Chad and his team. Really quick at booking in, great service and super friendly. Highly recommended 👍
