I recently messaged Chad to see whether he was able to fix a safety issue on my DO45 Hitch. I explained that I was going to be down Mona Vale way anyway touring the northern beaches on that day and he was happy for me to swing by. The nut on the Hitch had been over-tightened with a rattle gun and was impossible for a human to undo it. Chad had the tools needed for the job, and his team were very friendly, attentive and helpful in fixing the issue. Highly recommend Chad and his team for all your Caravan and RV needs.
