We were at ROA to pick up our new MDC XT12 trailer. Cody was well prepared for the walk through and did a great job teaching us the Australian ways of the trailer. He even gave us several gifts to use for our camping trips. He went beyond the call of duty setting the trailer up for our first night in their lot since it was already dark by the time we finished we with all the paperwork that Will had for us. What a GREAT experience I had with ROA of Lindon. They treated me more like family than just a customer. Coby spent a great deal of time explaining the in's and out's of my trailer and immediately addressed the few concerns I had. Will, in finance made the buying process easy. I left confident I will be well taken care of if I encounter any problems in the future. I feel like I didn't just buy a trailer from ROA, but became a part of these people's passion.

After driving 16 hours to ROA, I was greeted by name, my Pause 19.4 was pulled inside the showroom completely detailed. Coby and the guys spent the next few hours going over everything on my trailer. I really feel like this is the way a purchase should be, you can tell that ROA is all about customer service. You don’t find that at many places. Thank you to Coby and the rest of the staff for a 5 star experience!!!
