“From what I understand, you have to pay $5,000 to become a ‘roamer’ if you don’t buy a trailer from them. And if you’re not a roamer, they won’t help with parts or any kind of service. That doesn’t sit right with me—it feels like they’re turning away business. You’d think they’d be open to helping anyone willing to pay for repairs or parts, even if they didn’t buy directly from them
Working with Terry, Joel, and the rest of the UT and AZ team was a pleasure. It was very open, honest, and low pressure. It felt more like entering a family relationship than conducting a business transaction. I could not recommend them more.
Just picked up an MDC XT12HR at the Salt Lake office. They spent 6-7hours with us over two days reviewing the systems on the trailer. Spent the night in the parking lot of the dealership so we could ask follow-up questions and do a live winterization. We left feeling great and confident.
Coby, Josh, Fabio and Will were awesome to deal with. Coby especially took all the time we needed on the final walk though to make sure that all of our questions and concerns were answered on our new 19.4 Pause Stealth Edition. From the initial contact, frequent follow ups, financing and final acceptance out the door, RVs of America gave us that extra bit of personal touch and attention to make our experience second to none. We would highly recommend RVs of America for all of your upcoming RV needs.
