Our experience was as promised over the past year of researching ads, brochures, YouTube and other sources. Our entire day was streamlined and organized with efficiency aimed at our convenience and our pace. No pressure and a lot of good advice with best practice suggestions from all the staff. What a GREAT experience I had with ROA of Lindon. They treated me more like family than just a customer. Coby spent a great deal of time explaining the in's and out's of my trailer and immediately addressed the few concerns I had. Will, in finance made the buying process easy. I left confident I will be well taken care of if I encounter any problems in the future. I feel like I didn't just buy a trailer from ROA, but became a part of these people's passion. We can’t make up our mind just yet!! All are amazing 🤩 trailers. Expensive for sure but worth it. I just wanted to say thank you to the manager for putting up with us and taking his time to show us around he was pretty busy that day, we were looking to buy an RV but which ones, first guys, you have to do your due diligence on these.. it’s not easy!! I am considering.. a maybe., 🤔 for now. Enjoy 😉 seeing these.. outside and inside.
Great people to work with! Very sincere and honest. Really would have liked to get a heavier trailer but they were very honest about what we could tow safely with our Jeep Gladiator. The walk thru of our new trailer was FABULOUS. Coby spent from 10:30am to 5:30pm making sure he covered everything I needed to know and going the extra mile to assist with set up and even accompanying me as I towed the trailer on some nearby roads so I would feel confident taking it back home.
My hub found ROA by coming across their YouTube Channel. We are a first timer in RV life.☺️ Long story short, we just walked into their office one day. From greetings to each different department handling each different process, ROA as a whole made us feel like we are families while maintaining excellent professionalism.
