Fantastic experience from start to finish and these guys definitely know their products. The handover by Coby was exceptional. We are currently out in the Moab area testing our new Pause 22.4 to it limits dry camping and so far so good.
Can't say enough about ROA Off-Road! From the sales team and service department, to the RV technicians turning wrenches - These guys are professionals! Truly a rare breed in today's RV industry... They're intimately knowledgeable about the products they sell and their work is impeccable! The beginning of summer I took my trailer to their Utah location for service. A weather seal that was needed for repair was on backorder. Periodically I would check in with them (Rick,) to see if the item had come in. Two months ago Rick said it would be in "tomorrow" and got my address to send it directly rather than me having to head back to Utah. I agreed.
