Amazingly incompetent.
If I can give them a 0 star I would. The worst and most unprofessional management ever. It takes them ages to respond, or to fix any thing. They are MIA most of the time. Their employees (including supers) are rude and ultimately unprofessional. They give you illusionary appointments and never show up. The worst among the worst. Our bathroom was unusable for a whole month! Their plumbers are lazy and unresponsive.
Not a recommended management place for your condo or property. Stay away from this place!
