Was there today my wife and I both had chest a ray's the service is fantastic super quick and the staff was really nice remember people these people are here to help us let's be nice and work together I making things better.
I’ve waited month for my appointment and was in and out of the hospital in 5 minutes, Unprofessional staff at the ultrasound office. Nurse didn’t performed the procedure as requested by my family doctor. I booked off from my work and paid unbelievable parking charges at Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie, ON.
showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment. had to leave SD I wasutrc over an hour and a half to be scanned with no eta. had to leave as I had a job to go to.
Went for a mammogram was in and out in 15 minutes. Very pleasant and very professional. Did not feel uncomfortable. Parking was $8 and right in front of simcoe entrance. This is closest entrance for breast screening.
I recently had 2 visits to RVH. One for a CT scan and the second for a biopsy. Even though I had too wait for both appts I do understand delays can occur. At the time of my second appt it was at 8:00am and there was construction occurring at the main entrance parking lot which was quite inconvenient. However I experienced outstanding service with ALL staff. The receptionist that checked me in at Imaging dept was very friendly and helpful.
