Such friendly staff was nice and quite and dark
Doctors are great night staff as well, but when it comes to keeping your appointments thats a different story. Not only do they confirm your appointment in the morning. They cancel you in the afternoon as well. Then, when you call to get information on why or to reschedule, you get put on, hold. And they never answer you again. I was on, hold for 23 minutes the first time hung up called back and I was on hold again for another 24min. This is not the first time this happens. Sleep study… ughhhhhh. That was my initial reaction. People watching you while you sleep isn’t what most people want to get a good nights rest. But my gosh…. This was probably the best sleep I’ve had since forever. EZ was my tech and was super friendly, helpful and made me feel comfortable. He explained to me what would happen and made me feel at ease with all the wires I was being connected to. The bed and room were comfortable.
