I’ve had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff at this location. The reception team often comes across as rude and visibly irritated, which makes interactions uncomfortable. As a patient, calling ahead to ask questions about an upcoming appointment should be a reasonable and welcomed part of preparing for care. Unfortunately, the staff has shown a lack of patience and empathy during these conversations.
