The epitome of cold and soulless corporate BS all in service of their bottom line, and nothing else. I booked a trip to stay in Garden of the gods, which I had to cancel. They put my refund into some account with no indication as to how to use it. I tried using it several times, but nobody answers their phone. Eventually, I got through to them and found out these accounts expire after a year, which they did not tell me. So... there goes my $800+ I guess? We stayed at Pine Mountain RV Resort in Georgia for 4 days , nice sites etc, not knit picking but the fire wood that was sold to us was green/wet waste of our money we left it there for the next camper , We were offered a turkey dinner while , they asked up to bring some pies ,which we did , there was no information in regards to bring your own plates and silverwear to eat with , turkey was cooked the night before , served cold . Beautiful clean RV park(Sandusky, OH), not a family friendly resort! I was sold on a family resort with activities, crafts, park, movie nights, stocked ponds for fishing, pickle ball courts, pool, gas fire pits, courtyard lighting and a jumping pad for kids!! All construction to be completed by the time we moved into our new seasonal spot in May 2024. I absolutely did not expect things to be completed as promised in May, and not only were most all of the amenities incomplete, there was sadly zero communication or a timeline ... read more
