My Dad purchased gift certificates for me and my wife over Christmas last year, and in September we tried to use them by booking the trolley tour through the website. The website wouldnt take the gift card code on the gift certificate, so I messaged RVA Trolley through Facebook and asked for help in booking—the message told me to call their number, which I did on at least 5 occasions over the course of the last 4 months trying to use the gift certificates before they expired. Very informative tour guide Emily. Lasted 2 hours and we enjoyed knowing the locations of historical significance in Downtown Richmond. The trolley was small but completely full.

I think theres an A team and a B team. We got the B team. We had a groupon for 4ppl and souvenir glasses. They made us pay up front for the flights at each brewery. They said it wasnt included in the groupon. Then they said they were going to mail me the glasses. Somehow i get the feeling i might have to call to get this rolling. My mom is here for the holidays and the one must see I took her to was the RVA tour of Richmond. I went once before and knew she'd love it. The guide EL is the best storyteller and so informative. Thelma the driver was very helpful w. Mom getting on and off the trolley as well. I would love to go again. This tour was different but just as gd as the first so I'm sure another would also be great! It's a fun way to spend a few hours learning about my new town.
