Dr. Cole Hawthorne has been seeing my 2.5 year old son since he was born and we adore him. He's a great balance of being very easygoing but still attentive to concerns. I also love that it's always easy to get same day appointments for sick visits or any other unexpected issues.
Since the birth of our teenie “pipsqueak” this place has been wonderful to our whole family. Dr. De Silva is our main pediatrician and her bedside manner is our absolute favorite! I will never forget the tears (good ones) I shed postpartum as she talked to ME as a new mother and made me feel seen, heard and had such compassion for my fears. She’s also fun and has a GREAT sense of humor. We’ve been here for 4 years and even during last minute sick visits we have the same level of professionalism and care. Only had great experience with the doctors and nurses, but there are two older white women who work in the front and they are ridiculously condescending and disrespectful. The level of rudeness is astounding. I will be finding another pediatrician strictly because of them, no one deserves to be treated in the way that these receptionists treat people.
