My brother came in to RVA autos after seeing an Instagram post on Jaquan’s car page of their new inventory and needing a vehicle quickly due to his car having a good run. JaQuan made my brother concerns feel heard , answered all his questions , gave him realistic answers expectations and was so knowledgeable and friendly ! Referring everyone to him !

I came in today, driving through and JeanPaul was able to help me get a sick V8 HEMI Charger! All of a whim! He was very helpful, despite me not speaking much English. He made us feel comfortable and appreciated. We came in and left with a V8 Charger same day! No issues, seem less process. I will definitely be back, and I’ll tell all my friends and family!

Absolutely amazing experience at RVA Autos! The whole team is extremely knowledgable and has superior customer service compared to other dealerships I have come in contact with. Peter and Jean-Paul assisted me with getting a 2012 Lexus CT 200H about a year ago and it has truly been the perfect car for me!! I came in thinking I knew what I wanted but after they broke down my priorities, the CT 200H ended up being the perfect car for me and here I am a year + later still smiling over my beautiful car!!!
