Contacted Richard Arevalo about one of his listings. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. He gave me very little information on the property. Very condescending asked if I knew the property in question was a cash sale (duh -its clearly stated in the listing). There are several good realtors that do treat their clients with professionalism and respect. Don't waste your time with this non-professional.
