Great team! Business is family owned and operated which makes it feel less like a corporate company and more like an organization that values it's customers. People always seem to try to make dealers out to be the bad guy and look for any reason to complain!!! I had a wonderful experience at Reines and would recommend them to anyone. The sales staff was knowledgable and friendly and they have a great selection. Top quality dealership!!! And, they are dog friendly which is a plus!

I truly believe they are working to improve. My husband and I have been planning a trip to Houston, TX and Nashville, TN for the past 3 months. On Saturday, we discovered the leveling jacks and slide outs are not functional. Contacted the Service Department and spoke with Robert. Explained the situation and even though they are booked through the 1st week of December, he said to bring it in. I am hopeful my Extended Service Plan will cover the repairs so we can take our vacation
Followed Bryan Lehman to Reines RV to trade up. He told me it would happen and he was correct. He will be the one i go to when i trade up to diesel cause i already know that is going to happen also. He is awesome and a great asset to Reines. Approachable and thorough in his knowledge and explanations. He is the best.
Recently I had my travel trailer (Outback 312bh) in for service at Reines. Luckily my cracked gray water tank was covered under my extended warranty (although shipping of the part was not covered... and they don't tell you that when you buy the extended warranty). Anyway, I picked up the camper, brought it home, and we decided to wash it. After extending the awning, I notice it was torn pretty badly and the awning housing had been cracked.
