The worst customer service. Can never get in contact with them or receive a call back. Changed out slide motors that cost $1500, only for them to break again within a month.
Link was very knowledegable and helped me out beyond what he was paid for. He helped me change out the converter on the RV + changing out the bottom half of the AC(control board). I would recommend to anyone looking to repair their RV. Thanks Again!
They came in for a A/c problem and turned out to be a electrical problem( was able to set a appointment within 2 days) . It was really nice they were able to do both ! Extremely convenient the bald guy with glasses was really nice and had great customer service/ experience ….not so much the other guy he was kinda rude ….. . The glasses guy offer to come back within a few day if I was still having problems and to shoot him a text. Really good job and very helpful
We had our Fridge and Air Conditioner go out at the same time. RV Wizards we’re super responsive, even answered the phone on a Sunday night. Scheduled us for the next day and had everything fixed by the next day. They were super great and we are so thankful. They even came to us. Would DEFINITELY recommend!
