Dave was fantastic to deal with. Very responsive. We placed an order just a few days before they moved their facility to California. We were concerned our order would be delayed; this would have been a problem for us as we were departing on an extended trip the next week. Dave replied to our email inquiry within hours, and promised us that our order had in fact already been shipped, and included the tracking number in his email. Tops in customer service!!
Had excellent service from RVwaterfilter store. Very knowledgable and helpful. Walked me through a few different options, didn't try to up sell me but gave me good information on which to base my decision. Then went out of their way to get me the product on time. Excellent company, don't buy your filters and accessories from anyone else!
