Had an issue with my toilet leaking. Original quote: $150 for service call. Ok, that's fair. Tech gets on site, very nice, says he has to leave to get a flange. I then get text for a $150 extra sanitation fee to work on toilet. Um, OK. You knew I wanted the toilet/waste system looked at, why did you not include that in the original estimate? Criminals, Tramps, and Thieves Those are descriptors of the people who work and own this place. Drug dealers are more likely than RV Unlimited of Cheektowonga to honor a deal. These crooks are competent in harvesting your money, but know nothing of RV repair. Avoid these guys at all costs. Here is our story. We parked our travel trailer in Brewerton, NY and the door handle broke off from metal fatigue. We found a place that offered a replacement handle kit but we had nowhere to ship it.
