Kenny Winfield the owner does not pay his bills. Was a hustler when I met him 10 years ago or so when he was trying to run a scam food stamps. Ran into him again but had forgotten him. Hired to do some remodeling work for him and his wife. He refused to pay after we had an agreed upon price and work being done. Look at all his ratings for this business, his juniors food truck and his kids auto sales. All the same complaints. Run away, don't walk. Had an issue with my toilet leaking. Original quote: $150 for service call. Ok, that's fair. Tech gets on site, very nice, says he has to leave to get a flange. I then get text for a $150 extra sanitation fee to work on toilet. Um, OK. You knew I wanted the toilet/waste system looked at, why did you not include that in the original estimate? Red flag, but fine. During that time, had issues dumping tank. Asked RV Unlimited if they could snake. Yes, for $300. Um nope. Went to Lowe's, spent $30 on snake, hubby fixed it. Tech... read more
Criminals, Tramps, and Thieves Those are descriptors of the people who work and own this place. Drug dealers are more likely than RV Unlimited of Cheektowonga to honor a deal. These crooks are competent in harvesting your money, but know nothing of RV repair. Avoid these guys at all costs. Here is our story.
