Worst service ever, our Brand NEW KZ CONNECT LEAKS! Been waiting 2 months for it with ZERO UPDATES! left them alone to work on for almost 2 months to not bother them was told I would get updates by email. 5 different times this week I was going to get an update by phone or call back on the trailer still has not happened and still waiting as I comment on this review! They have a great selection and after 2 years of actively looking we finally found exactly what we wanted at @RV Travel World! It was a smooth transaction and they had our new Toy Hauler ready in a matter of days so we could do a spring break trip. Great people to do business with!
Great customer service. Excellent service department. Awesome selection of trailers and knowledgeable sales people. Always a positive experience at RV Travel World.
Just before a big trip planned up over the summit on 80 my trailer started having brake issues intermittently, I swung into the service department, where Jeff stopped what he was doing to help me get it figured out and didn’t even charge me. That’s great service !
