Today I had an appointment to show the service department some repair issues on the Wolf Pup I purchased 4 months ago. I was expecting to then bring it back for the work to be done at a later date. The gentleman at the service desk walked through and around the trailer with me taking notes. Then Tyler came out to review my concerns and explained several things I was not familiar with. Great service department! The guys in there were most helpful when we picked up our trailer, even delivered a part that was not in stock initially! The service tech spent aobut 3 hrs with us orienting us to our first trailer, very kind and unassuming. HIghly recommend the service Dept!!!
My husband and I traveled about an hour and a half to look at the 5th wheels at RV Travel World. When we arrived, we were greeted by Steve who asked us what we were looking for and showed us what was a perfect fit. We decided on the 2017 Blue Ridge by Forest River. We went in to figure out our deal and was passed on to Paul. Paul was a pleasure to work with. For our salesman, I give 5 stars.
Class act dealership. The sales staff is professional.. knowledgeable..no pressure.. humorous. They KNOW customer service here. We bought our first RV and it was a simple seamless and fast process. They spent as much time as I needed in learning everything about my RV. Every question was answered immediately. Thank you to Steve R.... Jack... Kevan..Rick and the rest of the crew.
My wife and I had some work needed on our Surveyor Travel trailer. We dealt with Tomas and he went far above and beyond what we asked for. Their customer service was outstanding and we will use them from now on, they treated us better than the place we purchased our trailer.
