On April 28, 2018, I had a scheduled appointment to drop my 1969 Terry Fleetwood vintage camp trailer off at RV Supply and Specialties Repair in West Richland, Washington. I spoke to shop owner, Mark. I made clear what my time constraints were. A review will be coming once I do get my rv back. It's been there since July 3rd 2017 for new gears on my slide. Have lost vacation days at work, cancellation fees on the coast for August 21st -30th , not to mention it was for my wife's birthday august 25th and our anniversary august 29th. Communication has only been on our part as our vacation kept getting close then past the start to cancel the reservations which has been set for over a year. $55.00 a night for 4 nights plus last minute cancellation fee. Have been taking our 2005 Alfa See Ya to Mark for 10 years and have been very pleased with the work that Mark and his crew have done on our motor home. RV Supply Specialties & Supply do excellent work and I can not say enough about what an excellent group of guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
