Pete brings great energy to his job, easy to communicate with and he is willing share with you some best practices to keep your RV in good shape. After shutting down, Legoland, we return to our camper. We expect cool air...however the camper is warm. I check the fuses. Reset the one that tripped. AC does not really kick on. No air is moving. The wife says the AC making a noise so something is working. I try a few more things, such as turn off the power at the box kind of things. Nothing works. But wife confirms there is hum when AC is turned on and noise stops when AC is toggled off. It is the Sunday before Memorial day and 6:30. 3 grandkids, a Oma that hates sweating... read more
I had an RV plug go bad on the day of a rental. I called at 7.30pm and a tech was at the renter’s house by 8. A new plug was installed quickly and the renters were able to leave on time the next morning. So happy they were on call in the evening!!
First day out I broke my awning. What could have been a disaster, was quickly and professionally fixed. Thanks to RV Squad. I highly recommend.
I highly recommend the RV Squad for any RV repairs needed. I called them about 2 weeks ago to set up an appt. To have a slider repaired. I spoke to Carolyn. She was very professional and kept in contact with me prior to my appt. The day of, Carolyn reached out with an ETA for the tech (Pete) that was coming.
