A couple of weeks ago in the middle of the night my toy hauler suffered a blowout on both passenger side tires. I was on a trip from San Antonio, TX to Miami, FL. There was no way to tow this. I called RV Specialist and Myra answered. She was the true definition of customer service. She got me roadside assistance to replace the tires so I could make it to her shop.
