Spent the better part of a year looking for someone to help me with my black tank. Tried my dealership, they absolutely didn’t want to touch it. I even tried the factory. Horrible experience. Spoke to woman on the phone, reviewed all repairs that needed to be made to my trailer, and they scheduled a technician to come out the next day. The technicians that came out didn't know that my trailer was fiberglass (though that was clearly in their job notes), didn't have the materials to complete the repairs, seemed short on time, and were very unclear as to what I needed. My awning collapsed due to my own stupidity. I called RV Specialists and they sent out Brad who arrived in a timely manner and correctly diagnosed the situation. He ordered the parts and when they came in he came out and installed them in a timely and professional manner. I am very satisfied with Brad's work as well as all of RV Specialists staff.
