I had to call and ask some questions about a water heater I was swapping out, I’m a plumber and can do just about anything but had several questions regarding the install. They were professional, and knowledgeable. Answered my questions when I couldn’t find them else where. Thanks again guys.
Tony has worked on our 2 of our rvs in the last 5 years.He always does a great job.He does not over charge.like the big rv sales store
Update 8/30/24 I received a call from the owner. I was calling a number that was an outgoing line that did not ring in the business. I am on the schedule for repairs. I appreciate the personal call back. Stars updated. Original post … I am having trouble with the propane side of my refrigerator. I have called and texted at least 7 times in three weeks. No one has called me back yet. I guess I will be using my coolers on my next trip.
I worked with Tony for several years and he did good work. Last year I just wanted him to replace an awning and he put me off for months and months and months, saying the awning was a special order due to it’s size. My camper also had a leak which they couldn’t identify the source. I gave up on Tony after being put off for 9 months and contacted another company. A fellow Airstreamer highly recommended RV Specialist and it has proven to be a great recommendation. I have used them twice and both times I was very pleased. The first time they replaced my brakes and the second time they came to do what I thought was a problem with my gas lines (it was not my detector), but it turned out to be something else entirely.
