I worked for Brian briefly. Due to his lack of professionalism, charging people for repairs not completed and/or fixed, and mental abuse from his language. I left. Just to give you an idea of his professionalism, he only paid me less than half of what my last check should have been. If you have him work on yours ...... its a gamble.

RV Solutions billed an excessive amount for electrical diagnostic and then proposed an unnecessary and expensive solution. What took multiple weeks and a $1,000 for them to not resolve was resolved in under an hour at a fraction of the cost by another repair shop. They also billed me for the toll bridge on a house call when the quickest route to our house did not involve the toll. I have reached out to them multiple times and have gotten no response.

Well Mr. Mosley you were given an estimate for the repairs and you approved them. Also part of the trouble shooting we repaired some wiring to get to the root problem that you didn’t want to repair. As always everyone is given an estimate and is more than welcome to second and third opinion. You choose to have work done. I stand behind my reputation and my work!
They did not show up they never called. I have left multiple messages for this company and I have giving them every opportunity to reschedule however they have not. Poor management and poor integrity. I am a registered nurse imagine if my work ethic mimicked this company. Take pride in your and make good on your word.
Just had some axle work done by these fine folks. They are professional and do excellent work. I would highly recommend RV Solutions in Valparaiso to take care of you and your RV.
We have been RV owners for 40 years and Brian and his staff are the best we have ever dealt with. Friendly, affordable, and reliable. Best yet, they stand behind their work. We would highly recommend RV Solutions for your RV needs!!!
Exceptional! They helped us on short notice while we were on a trip far from home. Very accommodating. Job was completed quickly and professionally.

We were from Va. staying at a campground in Destin. Needed work done quickly so we wouldn't have to pay for extra lodging. Brian got us through in good time with excellent repair work. We had to temporarily store some of our belongings in their office, and when we forgot some of it they shipped it to us. Thanks again for a job well done!
