I had an accident with my travel trailer and was heavily damaged. Paul was great to work with and very knowledgeable about trailer construction. He was able to assist me in getting proper information to insurance so we could take care of the issues. Awesome people to work with.
Purchased used tow behind trailer/ camper. Gave to them to do a once over and check all vitals. He called with a list and explained each item he felt needed attention. Let me choose which I wanted to do now. Then on hitch install with sway bar control walked me me thru everything. Then offered when winter comes to let me do it with him and learn. I think All was fair and explained.
We got several upgrades for our van and appreciated the professional service. They considered all aspects of the work and tested everything fully before delivery.
Experienced, knowledgeable and friendly with quick service and fair price. We I had an appointment.
Excellent customer service experience! I was able to get a same day appointment for urgent maintenance….turns out I’m just a novice and everything was working fine. They took the time to check things over and educate me. I appreciate the patience and fantastic service!
