RecommendedHad a SNAFU with losing the L-Pins for our stabilizing sway bars to tow our trailer. TowTalley came through like a champ and literally saved us by selling the part off the display hitch. we received awesome service on July 23, I drove 190 miles one way to have our trailer fixed ( factory did goodwill warranty ) since the local dealers and dealers near me did not even give me the time of the day, since I did not buy there. I had spoken to the factory about my problem( major panel fell off on our pop up trailer) and they told me they would take care of it ( we bought trailer in oct. 2018) My own selling dealer was like oh, there is no warranty anymore, even after I told them I talked to the factory, Tow Tally ... read more
We purchased a 19.6 NoBo in the midst of the pandemic and love it! Customer service was top notch and the process was seemless and easy. We just finished buying our first trailer with them. The entire process was so smooth. answerd every silly question I had without hesitation. When we came to look the 1st day they were more than accommodating to our young children. They have pride in their small family run business and it shows. Wayne was so great helping to show us options and walk us through the paperwork. Brandon was exceptional with the final walk through. explaining ever single thing. extremely pleased!
