There was a short to my Microwave. I cannot say enough about the amazing service I received from Robert and his crew! They took so much time to explain my issue and were unbelievable kind. Big shout out to David and crew. We had a trip scheduled for Friday, and realized our generator wasn't shutting off properly. Frustrating, as we had just recently picked it up after weeks at another shop. They of course couldn't get to it for weeks, so we started looking for alternatives. My wife found Texas RV Service. Dave said if we could bring it by Tuesday morning he would try to get it sorted in time for the trip. We have used Texas RV Service and Repair several times. They are always responsive and professional. Both Ethan and Robert are very competent and courteous. Our A/C went out in 100 degree weather and they got a new one ordered and installed fast. Highly recommended!
David and his team performed my post purchase inspection and diagnosed all issues needing repair. I appreciated their transparency as all work was explained and I was given the opportunity to accept or decline any of the line items that appeared on the work order. My Furrion Chill Cubes upgrade, Fogatti tankless water heater along with my new porcelain throne were all installed professionally.
