As a rv park manager, I'm very particular about who works on my rig. Ethan with Texas RV Service did amazing job. Owner ordered me a new 15000 btu ac, which arrived next day and installed. Ethan left my rig clean and tidy. New ac is amazing .
First of all the only reason o selected this repair shop is because of great reviews. Totally wrong! This guys are inside my rv left cups and trash. The worst part is they used my toilet (number 2) and didn’t not dump! This is unacceptable. The work stated they replaced all four cable wires on slide, kept going back and fourth with insurance and also staff got dismissed and new staff hired which took longer to get repaired. Have had them work on my RV multiple times, that saying “no jobs to big or no jobs to small” is them forsure! They always leave my family and I happy after every fix they do! Communication is always easy! Up front about everything! Recommend these guys to anyone and everyone! Thank y’all!!
There aren’t enough words to express my appreciation for David and his team. Communication and estimates were clear from the start. Before heading into the Colorado mountains where I’ll be boon-docking, Robert came out to service my generator. He assessed and pointed out issues, guided me in the purchasing of necessary parts and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I would avoid this place for any electrical work you need! I asked for new brakes and a new trailer 7 pin harness wired. When I picked the RV up the brakes wouldn’t work with the truck and I kept getting errors on my truck. I took it back twice but was told it was my truck. I paid another company (Auers RV) to fix there mistakes at the cost of over $1000. They had to redo the brake electrical lines and new harness because it was poorly wired.
