Luis and his crew met and exceeded our expectations while repairing our Onan 12500 Genset. He was totally transparent throughout the entire process while repairing our unit. He kept us informed when the parts were ordered, when the arrived, when he expected to start the work ect. They had to remove the unit from our Coach to replace the water pump. Had a great experience working with Luis on a claim involving RV repairs. Everything was handled promptly, and communication was clear the whole way through. It’s always a win supporting small businesses that are responsive and easy to work with. The process went smoothly and the follow-up was solid. Definitely appreciated the effort.
This shop is the best I’ve ever been to for repairs. Louis been in the industry since a teenager. His techs all are great in what they do. Would make the trip back from Alabama in couple years.
If you are ever in the Middlebury/Elkhart area and need an oil change/generator service this is the place to go. Luis and staff do a complete inspection of everything and I mean everything. It took most of the day however he was able to accommodate us overnight. Next morning left drove down the road and bit and notice our inverter not working.
