Luis and his team really came through for us today. On the hottest day of the year, we traveled from Iowa to Elkhart with no A/C in our motorhome dashboard. They came to the campground shortly after we arrived, diagnosed, tested, and fixed the problem all within an hour. We are so relieved that when we leave tomorrow, we will be cool and comfortable on the next leg of our journey. My wife and I were in the Elkhart area having some factory repairs done to our diesel pusher. While at the factory we discovered our radiator was leaking profusely, and Luis came to our location to give it a preliminary appraisal. He determine the radiator would need to be replaced and would have to be ordered. He Immediately placed the order and upon its arrival, I was the first customer on his list. We highly recommend RV Rescue! The service and communication are second to none. We are fulltime and had been dealing with a slide problem since early April. We had 2 other techs work on it without a fix. We brought it to RV Rescue and they figured out and fixed the problem. They kept us informed and were very personable and answered all our questions. They are definitely on our go to if we have issues in the future.
We just can't say enough Luis and his entire staff at RV Rescue. He is prompt with his call backs, scheduled our appointment and everything went smoothly and on time. He has knowledgeable staff that are friendly and personable. Thank you to all who got us back on the road.
I know it’s the busy time of year but I’ve been waiting for two days then I get a text saying that they can’t make it out this week at all. They need to have better communication with their customers even if they’re busy.
