Great experience from first phone call to my leaving with my quickly repaired fresh water tank. Was passing through Indiana and developed a leak. Luis got me in for repairs less than an hour after I called and I was on my way again with no lost time. Super nice to work with also!
I brought my RV in recently. I needed a new AC unit installed, and it was under warranty. They got the warranty paperwork submitted right away, which facilitated the warranty work being approved quickly (that part is out of their hands, but it was fast nonetheless). Don't have anything that I can say bad so guess that leaves me with a 5. Needed a air conditioner replaced. Something I would have done myself easy before the neck surgery. Now dependent so looking around and found them on my own. He gave me a hourly price and a rough idea how long to lift it into place and bolt it down. Well if I was doing it Id consider painting/replace the roof. Its a old RV rubber roof and had a ton of lichen growing on it. When you're stuck on the side of the road in your rv and nobody for fifty miles will even consider helping you these are the guys to call!
Luis and his crew met and exceeded our expectations while repairing our Onan 12500 Genset. He was totally transparent throughout the entire process while repairing our unit. He kept us informed when the parts were ordered, when the arrived, when he expected to start the work ect. They had to remove the unit from our Coach to replace the water pump.
