Alex was pleasant and professional. His diagnostic and labor cost seemed to be on average for mobile services. Admittedly it was my fault for getting the slide stuck in the out position, but $5/mile is exorbitant compared to others. $600 to drive 3 hrs round trip for a 5 minute fix. But when you're stuck in the boonies there's not much of a choice. Other than that I had a good experience!
Outstanding, outside the box twintig, problem solving mechanic! (Even for the most disgusting problem) ;-)
I do not recommend this guy. He took total advantage of an already unfortunate situation. He charged me $275 dollars to tell me he couldn't help me. He wouldn't even look at my coach until i handed him money. I understand time is money but $275 for 5 min of his time was excessive. Not to mention he spent most of that time babbling about how bad camping world was.
