Diagnosed the problem and had the required part to repair my RV air conditioner with only 1 visit.
Very friendly, Responsive, on-time, and solved my problem. My awning would not retract when preparing on the afternoon day before leaving my camp spot in Sequoia National Forest. I called Universal On-site Repair at about 9:00pm as I could not drive without my awning retracted. The technician contacted me within one hour later (it was already near 10pm) for details and my location. We had wiring problems with our camper and we called rv repair services in the morning. Alex came out within a few hours and fixed everything up for us and got us running again. Really nice, honest people. I will definitely go back if I have more problems
