Rob returned my call super quick & dispatched Tony (technician) to troubleshoot my problem. Tony notified me immediately & gave me an ETA. Tony was super professional & highly proficient & had my heater working in no time. He had all the necessary parts on his truck & even gave me some good troubleshooting techniques. I highly recommend RV Repair Roadies if you have issues in the San Diego area.
I called about three weeks ago to set up an appointment to get my AC unit issue diagnosed and repaired and Robert answered the phone promptly to find someone to come take a look. Tony tried to come that day but there was an issue with the campground where he wasn't allowed in, so he came the next morning. He took a look, diagnosed the issue, and charged $75 for the diagnosis.
